The lamp illuminates for a couple minutes, goes dark with just the faintest glow for a minute, then back on again, over and over. This has happened with this same fixture in the past.

Brush pile at the alley property line in need of pickup. Despite the new city policy on bulk brush collection (as posted at http://www.richmondgov.com/PublicWorks/RefuseCollection.aspx ), the pile has remained uncollected after two months--amounting to at least four potential pickup cycles that have been missed by the city.

Please collect the pile asap and update the posted policy to reflect the city's actual intent.

There is a tree limb down on the sidewalk from last night's brief but powerful storm; it fortunately missed any vehicles this time, but the tree itself is questionable going forwards.

The tree needs a hazard assessment.

Located along the alley behind the property:
- Pile 1: an old wicker couch frame, some worn-out garden hose, an old table, and scrap lumber.
- Pile 2: yard debris.
