There is a 2-yr old construction sign on a wooden trellis along with a broken bag of stone on the public sidewalk. The construction was completed over a year ago and both the large sign and large chunks of gravel abandoned on the sidewalk is a safety hazard. Please remove

The maintenance employees at this restaurant are constantly dumping grease and cleaning grease-laden restaurant equipment in the alley behind the restaurant. This muck travels east down the alley then at the alley 4-way intersection it heads south and deposits in pools on Willard St. this is not only illegal dumping but is also a health hazard, attracts rats, and makes the alley dangerous to walk/drive without slipping. They have done this time and time again and nothing is ever done.

Periodically dumping grease and cleaning frying hoods, large vats/pots in the alley. This grease flows all the way down the alley between Willard and U St making this a hazardous mess that is also s health hazard and a rat abatement problem.
