    properly bagged trash was not picked up with trash in cans today. we have already had two rebag trash that was torn apart and strewn onto the sidewalk and Street. This is a recurring issue that presents a health and safety issue for the young children who play on these sidewalks.

    residential trash pickup at our house at 929 M St NW has been missed entirely or selectively each scheduled pick up day during the most recent 3 week period. properly bagged food waste and household waste has not been picked up. we have to rebag food waste including some that has been retrieved after not being picked up. Each time the backlog and pile gets bigger. waste is properly placed in large black plastic bags, we distribute items to keep weight from being excessive, were senior citizens and don't have the strength to load and carry heavy bags. please help. next pick up is scheduled for tomorrow. October 2. this has been a recurring problem on and off for several years. thank you.

    Only partial pick up of residential solid waste trash. Did not take properly bagged trash in black plastic bag. This is an example of a regularly recurring problem on the 900 block of M Street NW experienced by many neighbors. The bag is within weight and size limits, clean without rips or tears, no stronger than normal odor. The crew of contractor service will not take a bag one day and several days later take the same without any changes other than being an attraction for RATS which have overrun this neighborhood.
