The asphalt strip that was placed down on 17th St. along the Farmer's Market weeks ago before the Bacon Festival is still incredibly soft.

When you step on it, you can still see tar seep up from it and feel it sink in a little. It literally looks and feels spongy. Did the installers not tamp it down like they're supposed to?

If you zoom in to the attached image, you'll see sticky tar just sitting on top of the long strip of asphalt.

Any cars that drive on top of it or park along the street, or anyone who walks on it, has bits of asphalt stick to their tires and shoes, coming inside restaurants and bars, businesses, car rugs, and on the sidewalk.

I understand it is a temporary patch before the 17th Street Farmer's Market is renovated this fall, but come on, you guys can/should do better than this.

I originally reported this pothole on Grace immediately before entering the Grace/Allen intersection on March 2nd, 2016 — Issue ID: 2279067 & Service ID: 301110 — And it was closed and reported as repaired on March 13th, 2016.

The fix was apparently just filling it up with a few shovels of dirt. The hole is now larger than it was when I originally reported it. In what world do you imagine this is fixed?

I've seen cars bottom out at night in this pothole, which goes up to my ankle when I step in it, and is as large as the footprint of most tires. I really don't want a cyclist to crash and seriously injure themselves at night if they don't see this, especially if it's raining and filled with water.

Do the correct repair job this time.

Large and deep pothole at Allen and Grace

This area literally smells like an open sewer. It's gross. I don't see any maintenance going on here, and I'm not sure where the smell is coming from. The odor is strong and carries for about 2 square blocks.

Need water heater picked up in alleyway behind Franklin St.

Pedestrian signals for E-W traffic along Broad St do not change, causing pedestrians to cross without protection. Allen works correctly.

Possible sinkhole, appears to be getting deeper in recent weeks. Alley between Tilden and Cleveland immediately before Monument

Pothole near left tire side of Tilden driving away from Monument towards Franklin. Hit this at night because it blended in well with the wet road.

Cary St. street marker missing from S 21st St/E Cary St. sign post. Only 21st St. can be seen at that intersection.

Tree missing from well

Sign post portion sticking out of sidewalk, presenting hazards to pedestrians and cyclists. Metal pole fragment stands about 1-2" above sidewalk.

The lights under the covered walkway on the Dock St. trestle has been out for the past four days. This makes the area very unsafe, as it is incredibly dark around Dock St.

In large pothole in the cobblestones opened up at the intersection of Cary and 14th Street in front of Kitchen on Cary/Siné.

This portion of grass is constantly overgrown. Some spots come up to my thighs. Weeks go by without any maintenance crews taking care of it. When they do, it's done hastily.

Tree knocked over in Chimborazo Park

Has not been mowed in over 2 months. Weeds and brush is almost 3' high. Please have the maintenance crew check the area for glass bottles before mowing over them and spreading glass everywhere as dogs are walked in this area.
