Mike - Thank you for your email. To help assist with this streetlight we need a bit more information please.

We need:

An exact address that is closest to the light pole, - OR-
· The map and pole number located on a silver disk, at approximately eye level, on the pole itself

Unfortunately I am not able to locate the light in need of repair with the information given. There are two lights on Nicholas Ct NE and either one of them can be the one on the left side at the end of the street depending on which direction you are heading.

Hi, in order for us to forward this to the appropriate utility company we need to know what the map and pole numbers are. They should be on your light post and look something like the attached image. The utility won't respond without BOTH numbers. Also, are you PGE or Salem Elec.?
