Beschreibung
The alley connecting Belmont and Cleveland, between W. Franklin and Park, has large potholes at both ends, particularly Belmont. Several weeks ago a foundation was put in, covering most of the alley but not the ends. There was no gravel put on top, just dirt mixed with rock. The alley is basically a dirt road with large potholes at the ends.
