This sidewalk is dangerous! This section of Scott Blvd. near Clarion is a hazard after a water main break in Dec. was repaired in Jan, and road repaved in March. There is no curb now and stormwater floods from the road into our backyard. Two issues: Sidewalk is dangerous and the flooding into our backyard is a problem, since the curb is missing and the embankment landscape/slope was changed. Storm drains are too small for the amount of water on Scott Blvd. when it rains. This also makes for dangerous driving conditions! Who is responsible? DOT, Dekalb County, or City of Decatur?
