The owners at 715 Glenforest Rd use the vacant lot at 720 as a dog park. They allow their two HUGE
Doberman pinchers to run & play on the open land off leash daily & often multiple times per day instead of using their own fenced yard. Given their breed & size it is concerning to those of us walking with kids & other dogs in the neighborhood. Just earlier one of the owners was sitting on the ground looking on her phone while they ran around. It would be great it this could be addressed & the dogs were always on leash when off their own property. Thank you
