When will South Lincoln get back to normal? It has been months since they first closed the road for water project that is not even needed. (Wait until you see how high you water bill is going to be!!!!). Mayor, policy dept, and others do not want to hear about it or do anything about it. (Just wait until next election.) Can someone just open road up and leave it open. Traffic as a result of it is just horrible and seems to be going on forever.

I agree and the water is East Vineland is fine. Have lived there for over 30 years and husband has lived here over 50. Never had a water problem. Why are they doing something that is not needed and causing so much of a headache. I will certainly remember this when the elections come about and they want my vote (and the votes of others in East Vineland.) No one is willing to help so no votes for them or their candidates they promote.

I agree. Never had a water problem and have lived in East Vineland most of my life..Boy, my water bill is sure going to go up and this will effect all residents of Vineland, not just East Vineland.. Wish they had just left it alone since this is not needed anyway. Save the money and pay down our debt with it.. Lincoln Ave is main route for so many, many people that they should have considered this before starting project. POOR PLANNING ON THEIR PART!!!!!
