I live a few doors down from this house and have also seen rats running from the house. I am semi disabled, have two toddler grandchildren and two dogs and we cannot walk past this house because of the rats. I have also seen homeless, prostitutes and drug addicts on the property recently. For the health and safety of our neighborhood I ask something be done ASAP about this house by the city!

This latest complaint is well-suited for the mounting list of recent failures of SeeClickFix within the Harris Park area for a local news piece. City's lack of inter-communication and coordination with internal departments, law enforcement, etc.

Not even an inspection of the property has taken place? At least according to your own code compliance department notes. It's been nearly 2 full weeks! Therefore no remedy of the problem. Come on City of St. Petersburg... This case REQUIRES action! We can do better. Thank you.

Sorry hear this. A neighborhood forgotten. All these avenues of help and where is it at. In many issues we discovered a homeless man made home in our alley. Noticed same man each morning cursing at me yelling,thought wad just walking through, sad that behavior became normal, i finished coffee, walked to back my alley called the police. He had home built,weapons hanging.police came out said sorry see that if we see him again call they will ask him to leave and they left. Not ok,i have my grandchildren. Neighbors and i got together r, put on gloves,took dumpster and the men took down the weapons and we dismantled the make shift home ourself. None of us were comfortable leaving it or asking him to leave. I documented video and pictures of everything. This is one example of many problems. Sad there are a hundred things going wrong and trying do the right thing. For your health sir i hope and pray jobs are done and you and your beautiful children get better quality. Keeping you in our prayers and stay blessed.

This house is abandoned and is an unsafe structure. It should be condemned and demolished by the city!

The house is NOT secure, the front door has been kicked in. It is infested with large RATS!

How about not marking as a duplicate and instead take some action on this PLUS whole bunches of other problem houses on this street and 22nd St N too!
