I reported to Police website and Parking Authority customer service and they forwarded my report to PPA ticketing. Past couple of days the orange cones are on the sidewalk, but cars are still parking in the bike lane.

The other method is to leave a note under the windshield wiper that says " cars left in the bike lane will be damaged" :)

The problem persists.

11th Street will be restriped an a few months to clearly establich bike lanes on both sides from Washington to Bainbridge (among other improvements). PPA will also step up enforcement of parking rules which are widely ignored on both sides of the entire street.

I keep hearing about early spring re-striping in "early Spring" and yet early Spring has come without any re-striping. I would love an update on this!
