When the house was being used by drunks and crackheads, I would wake up to giant floodlights and dogs outside my bedroom window from the cops trying to get them out.

So sorry to hear that pallyn. No decent, law-abiding citizen should have to endure that. My neighborhood has issues, too, but nothing like that. But knowing my neighbors, we would probably organize a "lynch mob" to take care of the problem, because 98% of my block is comprised of working, retired, or semi-retired homeowners, and we don't want any of that going on.
