Thanks! This area continues to be riddled with trash regularly. Also seems like all down Tryon Rd could use a clean up. Terrible through there.

An inspector investigated and initiated a public nuisance case on 3/10/2014 with deadline of 3/21/2014.

We need to stay on top of this area. Unfortunately, they have festivals at this shopping center that creates crowds that do not discard trash responsibly. Further the woods still have a lot of trash located in them. There has been an attempt to cover them up with pine needles however the trash is still present and blows around on a windy day.

The Inspections Division has responded. The inspector confirmed the violations cleared at 420 Chapanoke Road and the case was closed on 3/27/2014. Thank you.
