Speedway Store# 2846 3514 N MAIN ST in Columbia, SC 29203 is COVERED in litter. I went there Saturday and was appalled. The city is re-doing N Main St to make it look better, and this station's litter problem is ridiculous. The owner should be fined for not keeping their property clean. I mean, it was everywhere!
