Help Me Hollywood is a fast, easy and convenient way for City of Hollywood residents and visitors to report non-emergency concerns directly to City Hall.

To create a report; select New Request, enter your location then choose a concern from the convenient drop down menu. Fill in the description box and your contact information* then submit. The report is immediately sent to the right person within the City who will work to resolve your concern quickly and efficiently. Requests are tracked within the City and users will receive e-mail notifications as requests move through the resolution process to completion.
