This vehicle is blocking traffic by parking in the right lane of 7th Street. Normally, vehicles are not able to park right next to the curb and stick out into the street a bit, but this vehicle is across about 65% of the lane at about a 30 degree angle and completely obstructs one lane of traffic. Tow this vehicle before it causes an accident.
