An inspector investigated 202 N State St and initiated a public nuisance for trash in the yard and on the ROW on 1/13/2014 with deadline of 1/24/2014.

So the City will leave this disgusting rat infested garbage for another week? Growing as it always does because trash inspires trashing. Pick it up now.

This is truly a mess. I hope the owner, Mr. Samson Wondafrash, gets this cleaned up well before the deadline. I'm not holding my breath.

Across the street is now a similar mess, land owner has dumped his renters trash. This is disgusting, and a crime. PLEASE Pick up the toilet on the side lawn, people are thinking about using it, maybe they already have. And the garbage continues to grow and blow up and down the street.

Now the house across the street has been inspired to leave their renters trash and a toilet outside. Curb appeal for this area is a joke, the abuse of the neighbors who work to keep our homes looking better is terrible. Why do we pay taxes to live in a slum?

Since this a totally different location, we would recommend opening a new SCF with the property address of the second property so an inspector can be dispatched to that address.

the pigsty is still @ 202 NorthState the others are probably hoping to get it cheap so they leave the mess. Mess spreads until it is gone. now the cats and hawks have rats to eat, last year there was a dead rat that brought a vulture right on the same street!

An inspector confirmed the violations cleared and the case has been closed.
