This occurrence is common in this area. I live on Carlisle between Kelly and Cushing, this one of many "quality of life" issues here. Anything from speeding down One Way streets, putting bulk garbage out for days on non pick up weeks, drug transactions, constant partying and very loud music throughout the night and into the morning. There has been a constant reaching out to authorities to produce enforcement of these violations, there are no results! We are PAYING for services that any other taxpaying community receives but, we get no results!
