Neighbor's choked trees have fallen on our property twice times over the past 3 years causing damage. Four trees fell on our property a week ago bringing down 70 feet of our fence and blocking gate to our back yard. This entire area between Melrose and Chief Mathews/East Lake is choked with briars, ivy, and kudzu. Tall trees are dead and close enough to homes to cause significant damage to property when they fall. Other neighbors are concerned. We keep our one acre as clean as possible with goats and yard services. We need other owners to do the same.
