Does anyone have any updates on Stoneleigh? it seems that the rest of the neighborhood may have power?

Does anyone know what the $25 credit is all about and how we get it?

It appears that all power was restored in the Stoneleigh/Wabash (Forest View School) area by 6 pm 12/28. Praise the Lord for neighbors checking on seniors for the seven days before the Mayor ordered door-to-door checking.
UNKNOWN about remaining downed LINES or TREES.
