Throughout August, the city tore up our entire concrete-paved alley from Windomere to Edgefield. Extensive utility work was done--the jackhammering and heavy equipment noise went on for weeks. It appears the utility work is now finished, but the alley remains a rocky mess. Given the continuity of all the other work, it is worrying that no work or other activity has been happening in this alley over the past two weeks. When will the concrete surface be restored?
