On Hanover Street going toward High Street, there is a left turn lane to go into the bus terminal, then there is a left turn lane at the next light to turn onto High Street. There is always confusion as to whether the left turn lane for the terminal is also the same lane to use to turn onto High Street - people go straight through the light at the terminal and make it difficult when others try to get into the left turn lane after the light. Please give some direction as to whether drivers should wait until after the light to get into the left turn lane at High Street.
