I’ve tried several times to call and provide further information as requested by after pressing #1 at the Parking office for Driveway painting it just rings. Nobody picks up and it doesn’t go to voicemail.

As stated previously it’s impossible to get in and out the Driveway with cars flanking both sides and across the street where the yellow line doesn’t extend enough to allow room to get out.

What I am hoping can be done is white lines painted on the side of the driveway to allow enough room to turn out and the yellow line that is painted across the street for a no parking zone to be extended slightly further so a car can back out without hitting a car that is parked there. It’s too tight for even my compact car to navigate without creating a traffic jam, frustrating other drivers and in a few instances I literally could not move my car and had to give up and call a Lyft for a ride.

Please paint the necessary lines. I’ve been cursed at, and people honk their horns continuously while I try to back out. It takes a lot to navigate—nearly a 20 point turn when there’s only an inch of room to negotiate.

I have tried to call several times but the line just rings and nobody picks up. Please reopen this issue. There used to be No Parking Stripes painted on both sides of this driveway before the road was repaved. When they repaved the road they didn't repaint the stripes after they paved over them. Can you also extend the yellow line across from 65 Bleecker so there is room to navigate pulling out? When there are cars parked across from the driveway and on both sides it is impossible to pull out of the driveway. I appreciate your help with this matter. Once again today I was unable to park in my garage because cars were parked on all sides with zero room to navigate with my compact car. I used to be a firefighter and I know how important it is to have a car parked in a safe space that is easy to access in case of emergencies. I am unable to use my garage with the current situation. Please help me to stay safe, avoid accidents and jamming up traffic. Thanks for your help, it is TRULY APPRECIATED. Thanks!

You couldn’t Fit a matchbox car thru there. You definitely need lines painted. The city just painted Congress street
