This street is not owned and maintained by the City. Some streets in Berkshire Downs are private streets and are the maintenance of the homeowners' association.

There is no Homeowners Association for Berkshire Downs. The builders of the homes on this street (Anderson Homes) has gone out of business (Bankruptcy). How do we get this fixed, if the city won't fix it ???
