Gee, I do indeed remember a vote long ago and far away in a distant Galaxy that the plant itself should've been removed. But, someone wanted business's in there. Uh well.

I am of the opinion as well as a lot of others that this eye sight needs to be torn down..We do not keed more tax free property.

To be honest? I sort of was partial to the Band shell concept that floated in ideas. That's would be sweet in the Spring, Summer, Fall avenues.
