The trash can outside of the Blue Wheeler Market should be replaced as it is too small for the quantity of trash, and also needs a lid so trash does not get blown out. Because of the market, a second trash can on the 400 block of 32nd street would be a great way to reduce the amount of trash.

8/30/2012 Richmond Solid Waste Management noted trash containment for sidewalk can is sufficient at this time - that is a standard size wire basket, this is a business and they need to maintain the trash in and around there property. If this business does not clean litter please report to Code Enforcement at 646-6398
