The alleyway behind the fire department along the east side of the Metra tracks, off of Rogers is covered in litter, as well as the parkway across from Walgreens, and the Metra viaduct is almost impassable because of all the pigeon poop. I would think, it's a health hazard at this point and this area builds up regularly with feces and garbage along the tracks/alley
