LIMB WAS REMOVED. RECHECK OAK TREE AFTER BUD BREAK.

TRIM PER SCHEDULE. AREA WAS LAST TRIMMED 11/16 WE ARE ON A 10 TO 12 YEAR TRIM CYCLE. THE PROPERTY OWNER HAS THE RIGHT TO TRIM LIMBS OVER THEIR PROPERTY.

The limb which was removed only fell because it was dry rotted, I touched it and it easily broke apart. The limb didn’t fall because it needed to be “pruned”. I can understand pruning branches, but not 5-6 inch diameter limbs. I’m only concerned that another limb of that size or greater could fall and possibly injure someone which would be a liability for the county because the tree is on county property. I also will not hire a tree company to come out and service a tree that belongs to the county.
