Beschreibung

Please please please do something about the crosswalk at Bellevue and Grand. Cars are running through the crosswalk while the crossing countdown is still going and the red lights are flashing. Drivers simply don’t understand what’s going on and default to continuing through the intersection when they really should be stopping.
