Maintenance neglected for a decade. Front porch and other places have stucco crumbling and falling off, including the porch post. Paint is flaking off the houses painted surfaces from attic windows to the porch flooring. Porch flooring is rotting from weather exposure. Fences are in disrepair and include razor wire.
