Correction on license plate, #5539102, and the reason im correcting it is because he has since moved from this location left his garbage and moved over to enterprise way and is making a mess there also!Is the COV not pursuing this because thier homeless? I would say so. If this was someone who the city thinks they could fine and get their money, they would be on it in a heartbeat. DOUBLE STANDARDS pure BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well the pile of garbage exists and they have moved on. They now exist on enterprise way and distributing more filth as they move around. You, COV , have their license plate number, the pictures i have taken of them leaving the garbage, now what? Nothing!

Drove by area in question and found it totally all cleaned up and more! Thanks COV for the quick response! The vehicle,and license plate given, who i saw dumping this trash has been fined????????????
