It was filled, thanks to the weather, its a sink hole again, thanks!

Recently, this hole became EXTREMELY dangerous. Looks like concrete was poured in the hole, but a bus or car must have gone through it when it was wet - there is now a 1 foot dip with a slicing spike about 3-4 inches above the road level of hardened cement. And the bus route has destroyed one of the construction signs. This needs to be jackhammered to reduce the severe danger to the cars - it is almost to the point where the street needs to be blocked off and detoured except for local traffic.
