This diesel truck with MD plates has been parking here on a residential street for 6 months overnight and sometimes all day, like today. The street is zoned for 2 hour parking. They warm it up every morning during the week and it pumps black smoke and leaks oil -- it's means for a commercial/construction area, not a residential street.
