So here we have an area that has been addressed by the city before, cleaned up and signs posted. Now we have the same situation as before and mind you signs posted stating trespassers will be prosecuted and we have have this filth all over again. The city doesnt seem to have a grip on these vacant landowners and the responsibility they should be held too regarding their property. Once again we the people have to look at this filth and live with it. Not fair to us tax paying citizens to have to look at this disgusting filth. Property owner, once agin should be held accountable for this and once again the COV lets it happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
