Well i see the COV has done nothing in controlling the homeless camp/ bike chop shop under the Hwy 29/37 overpass. I realize this isnt the COVs property but it represents the entry way into Vallejo. You would think they would contact Cal-Trans and have them clean up this eyesore, but no, i will get the same old response" this isnt our property" and give me Cal trans number. Once again, the whole length of sonoma blvd median strip is full of garbage and the city does nothing to clean it up, oh thats right "this isnt our property" but it goes through the heart of Vallejo! The city needs to step up and just clean it! To much bureaucracy.
