I submitted a request for help regarding a large collection of tires piled against the fence dividing the properties of 700 Riverside and 37 Bright St. An investigation took place and the tires were removed from that location. Unfortunately, they were only "removed" to the back of a red pickup truck parked in front of 700 Riverside, an apartment complex set back from the street, with ample parking for it's tenants. This pile of rainwater collecting tires has been on site over a month now. Mosquito breeding is undoubtedly continuing at a record pace in the back of this incubating environment. There must be a solution for removing all these tires from a densely populated area and lessen the threat of yet another virus to worry about.
