Dog is kept in backyard it is constantly getting loose wandering to the front of the house looking for food wandering on other residents porches. It tried to get into the house by the front door and it anyone walks by this house with the dog on the step it barks at you to stay away. There are children who play in this block and walk to school and something needs to be done before this dog becomes aggressive
