Guest parking violations at The Townes at Chastain. I am not sure if there are even enough guest parking spots per code in general; however, the builder leaves their machinery in guest parking spaces decreasing the limited availability to residents already. This has been going on for over a year where residents can’t have guests over because there is nowhere to park for them since The Providence Group hogs the few spots with their own vehicles and equipment. This takes place during the weeks and on weekends. I don’t believe this is allowed and I’d like this to be fixed once and for all. Thanks.
