The metal joints that vehicles drive over on the collar city bridge appear to be falling apart. I saw some workers woring on one joint a few weeks ago but now, another joint is "clunking" loudly when driving over it. If you drive on alternate 7 into and out of Troy, you've heard the joint "clunking" that I am reporting.

The bridge is 32 years old. When was the last time this bridge was thoroughly inspected from top to bottom?
