This lot was just cleared by the city, the burned down house removed, lot cleared and grass planted..
The Neighboor insists on dumping random trash and debris on not only his property but the 2 lots as well..

The neighbor who's yard is full of lawnmowers, matresses, car parts, trash, etc. (rat haven) is now dumping on the yard next two his that isn't owned by him. It's owned by the city land bank. This has to be stopped.

The fenced off properties are owned by the Land bank. The property owner cannot purchase the properties because of taxes owed and fines. My.guess is half these comments are from the people trashing and illegally fencing off the property.

Do yourself a favor go do research anybody can buy a lot for $100 as long as their taxes are paid which it sounds like yours aren't Maka and also when you go on the land bank's website and try to find said lot that they put a fence on it's not there which means it's probably been sold but you know I'm just a moderator for the site
