Beschreibung
There is and abandone house at 5565 Matthews where drugs are stored in the mail box around the frame of the door in the lower portion of the house It has been sealed up constantly by the neighbors of the block and by the next week it is broken into again to sell/store crack. There are three houses in this area that deal drugs out of their homes 5536 Matthews, 5570 Matthews and 5644 Matthews. They all frequent this abandon house to sell their drugs. There have been church buses, ambulances various cars and this goes on all hours of the day and night. There are girls who have sex for money in this house. It is a regular business at this corner and residents are tormented constantly. Drugs are being hidden in our property and when something is said to them they get very nasty. Underage children also are on this corner selling drugs. We are in the vincinity of Pastorius School and I thought there was some type of policy about selling drugs around schools. Instead of getting better is is getting worse. Our property is not our own any more. The people who live at these properties are in and out of jail at 5570 one just came home from jail and was back on the street dealing out of the home. We need help around here

Please report the drug activity to the Nuisance Task Force Unit at 215-686-5858. You can also call the Narcotics Hotline at 215-686-3784.
You can also contact your Police district and ask about a Roll Call Complaint. Roll Call Complaints provide a means for informing patrol officers of chronic neighborhood problems or conditions that are not of an emergency nature. This initiative is designed to be an effective, proactive response to neighborhood concerns.
For instance, Roll Call Complaints are frequently used to report groups of disorderly teens that routinely congregate on local street corners. Likewise, this mechanism has been successfully used to inform the police department of special community events so that officers can provide additional security. Basically, any non-emergency problem or condition that the police patrol force should be made aware of can be reported using the Roll Call Complaint protocol.
Once the police receive the report, it is posted on a complaint board that is routinely read to officers during six daily roll calls. These announcements continue for a minimum of fifteen calendar days. The information reported in the complaint is recorded by the individual officers in their patrol notebooks and are responded to by patrol officers between calls for service.
Following the initial fifteen day announcement and response period, the complainant may be contacted and a follow-up review initiated. If, following this review, the complaint has been definitively resolved, the case is considered closed. If, however, the problem or condition still requires police attention, the complaint will be reinstituted for an additional fifteen days and may be the subject of additional, specifically tailored problem-solving measures aimed at satisfying the need for final resolution of the problem.
Please include as much information as you can. Incomplete or inaccurate information will delay processing of this report and may compromise their ability to quickly and effectively respond.
Please note that you may remain anonymous, however, if you choose to do so the police will be hampered in their ability to elicit additional information from you that might aid them in attaining a long-term solution to this problem. Consequently, your anonymity may compromise the efficacy of their efforts to resolve the problem in a satisfactory manner.
If you elect to provide them with your identity, they will treat it as confidential information and will not disclose it outside this agency except as required and permitted by law.
