Hi there, this RV with no plates and three associated vehicles rolls 20 yards up and down Lakeshore every day. I've been reporting this issue since last September. This person lives here day and night. He often blocks the bike lane and I believe he is dumping human waste.
Here are two SeeClickFix reports I've filed that were subsequently closed by the city:
Issue ID: 4923275
Issue ID: 5566365
I've called the police, I've called the parking department with no results. Can you please help? Thank you so much!!!

He's still out there-going on nearly a year now. How is that an RV, trailer and 3-4 vehicles, most with no plates, some blocking the bike lane, are able to take up permanent residence along the lake? Calilng the number gets nowhere. Instead the city just keeps closing the issues as "resolved." I'm not sure why this site exists, if there's never any resolution.
It is good for documenting what is and is no getting done. The city cannot delete whats in our SCF accounts. My neighborhood has a few kind souls who make it a very unwelcome to have a RV or trailer parked on the street. $hit happens.
I'm still watching this guy move 20 feet in either direction on Lakeshore. I believe he is running a used car dealership right on the street because his caravan of vehicles changes. Here's the lineup this morning. Yesterday I watched him pike a bunch of trash next to the city can. I believe he is also dumping human waste here, and he continues to encroach on the bike lane. He has been here for A YEAR AND A HALF. Other RVs are starting to follow suit. Why won't the city do anything about the growing RV issue???
