Not exactly sure what’s going on here, but this is the second issue in two days that’s been marked as “closed” where exactly nothing has been done to remediate the problem. Both situations are on public right of ways so no negotiations with property owners are required. Maybe there’s been some kind of computer glitch because I’ve seen great responsiveness in the past and these issues are very clear cut, a truck and a couple of guys about 15 minutes apiece tops. I really hate to bug somebody on the phone when we have this portal, but something is breaking down here. If the department feels no need to address these things, please just say so and I’ll try somewhere else. Thanks, and I do really appreciate responsiveness in the past...
