The city needs to look into this business. It is being rented out for events. There appears to be no records of building, electrical, or plumbing permits. No certificates of occupancy, no inspections by fire marshalls..etc. It appears all construction was done behind an eight foot wall. The events are bringing parking issues, sanitation issues, and noise issues. As a business we all would like to avoid all the fees and inspections but this would not be in the best interest of public and neighborhood safety.
