A. There appears to be a homeless camp under the Studemont Bridge on the north side of the Buffalo Bayou. It is accessible by the park trail linking Spotts Park to the Buffalo Bayou Park. Trash and clothing are all over the place. It is unsightly and makes me feel unsafe when I use the park.
