Beschreibung
This house has the neighbors up in arms! The unregistered truck is just the tip of the iceberg. The owner has for several years now, refused to keep up the landscaping, and he has trash all over the property. There is an unused aquarium and unkempt pond on the property which are breeding grounds for thousands of mosquitoes. The garbage is always spilling over and just left there. The smell is overwhelming. Uncut grass, knee high weeds and just in general the dilapidated condition of the house brings down the value of homes in the culdesac and some of the conditions are dangerous, such as the mosquito issue, as well as the pile of rotting bamboo in the back which has rodents living in it. The HOA is aware of the situation, but putting a lien on the house doesn't make the situation better for those of us who have to look at it and deal with it now!!! HELP!!!

Codes Enforcement advises that the grass at this location is being cut on a regular basis, cultivated plants are limited to beds, and the house itself is not "dilapidated". No rodents have been observed during the several inspections made by Codes Enforcement, and no "rotting bamboo" was observed.
While Codes Enforcement will periodically check the property, no violations of City Code are present at this time.
