Beschreibung

From 85th and San Leandro Blvd. to 81st and San Leandro Blvd. there is trash, mattress, sofas, debris and a foul odor due to to homeless encampments set up. It's very unsanitary and unsafe for anyone especially children going and coming from school to walk by.
