I understand from a resident of the Bluffs and Councilwoman Graziano that Forest Hill Ave. west of Huguenot is still in bad shape. It's possible some potholes have been repaired, but, the overall condition of the road is bad. It seems as though the last layer of paving is breaking apart. Thanks.
