Why don't the City of Raleigh PD have to pick up their horse poop? I see this on here often.

This has been referred to the Police Mounted Patrol for review, an update will be posted once I hear back from them. Thanks for reporting.

The Mounted Patrol Division is evaluating these complaints and are in the process of a policy review to try and eliminate these complaints to everyone’s satisfaction. We will keep you updated.
