Shoreview Park: on the ridge top east of the "social trail" there are two "huts" built with tree limbs. They seem to have been there for some length of time, but someone(s) has built up the roofs on these and twice in the last month I have come through there at dawn and woke a sleeping vagrant. He has an emaciated look to him and says nothing, but he should not be camped there, nor should there be any permanent structures on Parks property without permission.

Please enter a work order to have at least the roofs removed when weather and resources permit (I know this has been done in the past, maybe for the same reasons). Thank you.
